Will my insurance cover this?
That depends on your policy. Most insurance policies do cover what we do. Bring in your insurance card on your first visit and we will be happy to check your benefits for you.
I’ve heard that once go to a Chiropractor you need to keep going forever. Is this true?
You don’t NEED to keep going. This idea comes from the fact that so many people, after experiencing the incredible health benefits of Chiropractic, choose to make it part of their healthy lifestyle. How long you decide to benefit from Chiropractic is always up to you!
Will you suggest exercises or other things I can do?
Definitely! The advanced Chiropractic techniques we utilize require your active participation. The exercises, while fairly quick, easy to do and to incorporate into your life, are essential for you to get to most out of your health.
Are you one of those chiropractors who think they can cure everything?
No, we do not. That said, we have helped hundreds of folks who suffered with all sorts of illnesses that you might never have thought of as ‘Chiropractic issues’. If the health problem in question is stemming from nervous system interference, we can likely help.
How do you find out? Call now for your free consultation, we’ll be happy to discuss it with you!
Do I need a referral from a physician or my insurance company?
Absolutely not! Chiropractors are primary care doctors. That means you can come in directly. You can even choose to have us as your family Doctor!
Will I get adjusted on the first visit?
Generally not. However, if this is an emergency we can likely help on the first visit, if you are patient with us. Because we will never rush into doing anything potentially harmful to you, we will need to check you thoroughly first.
That will likely include taking x-rays. Which take time to develop and analyze, so you will need to wait a while that same day. That’s why it is usually best to schedule your adjustment on another day.
The Doctor will first need to perform a thorough exam to determine if he can adjust you today. Be sure to let us know when you come in that you are concerned about getting adjusted today.
Will I have to have x-rays?
Most often yes. Kids and expectant moms are the notable exceptions. If money is your concern, print out our Internet Special Coupon and you will get your films done at no additional cost.
If you are concerned about harmful Xrays, fret not! We use the fastest x-ray film available, that means your exposure will be very low. The Doctor will not be able to decide that until he has had time to give you a complete examination. He will only take X-rays if they are necessary for your care.
Do you have a family plan?
Yes we do. Our Family Wellness Plan is very affordable.
Can someone who has had back surgery see a Chiropractor?
Certainly. Of course, as a post-surgical patient you do have unique needs and will require special care. That said your spine needs care, perhaps more than others, to support the health of the remaining healthy spine.
How much time does it take for a typical visit?
We respect your time. We have a no wait policy in our office. So, you can expect your office visits to be ten to fifteen minutes door to door.
